The learned Counsel for Claimant submits that she received instructions from her client to make appropriate application in the registry for transferring the decree to the District Court, Krishna (Andhra Pradesh) - 521 180. She submits that Claimant undertakes to file application for transfer within four weeks from today. Same is accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for Claimant for filing appropriate Yadav VG 1/2

29.CHS.1434.16 application for transfer of the decree to another Court, nothing is survived in the present Chamber Summons. Hence, the Chamber Summons stands disposed of, as infructuous.
