By this report the liquidator seeks reimbursement of amounts payable payable to the secure creditors towards advertisement charges, permission to declare dividend under Rule 290 of the Companies (Court) Rules 1959 as also dispense with requirement of Rule 276 of the Companies (Court) Rules 1959 by issuing individual notice to secured creditor. Accordingly, I pass the following order :

(i) Report is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) to (c). (ii) Report disposed in the above terms.

In view of the order passed in Official Liquidator's Report no. 53 of 2022 this interim application will not survive. 2.
