This Review Petition is filed for review of the order dated 29 th February, 2016 passed by the Division Bench of this Court whereby Writ Petition No.598 of 2014 came to be disposed of. 3.

Considered the contentions canvassed by the learned Counsel for the Review Petitioner as well as the learned Counsel for Respondent

RPWL.29/2016-WP.598/2014(901) No.1. We perused the impugned order. Considering the purport of the order, no case is made out for interfering in the said order. There is no error apparent, which would warrant the exercise of the jurisdiction in review. We, therefore, do not find any substance in the Review Petition. Hence, the Review Petition is dismissed. 4.

However time to deposit the amount is extended by six weeks from today.
