The petitioner has filed the Judge's Order for the Gift deed along with draft Judge's Order, affidavit of the petitioner in support of the judges Order, copy of the Grant, Copy of the letters issued by the MHADA, copy of the registered Sale Deed dated 30.08.2023.

Petitioner to carry out corrections suggested in the Judges Order. Furthermore, petitioners to mention distribution clause and wording regarding submission of the report of compliance to the Probationary and Senior Master within 2 weeks, to ensure that registration number of the document is properly shown in the Judges' Order, etc.

Upon carry out corrections, as suggested, the petitioner to present the copy of Judge's Order before under signed and thereafter upload the same in the new case for further steps.
