Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner in the aforesaid Writ Petition has no objection for impleading the applicants as party Respondents in the aforesaid petition.

Accordingly the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and is disposed of.

Petitioners to carry out necessary amendment in the petition within four weeks from today. Re-verification is dispensed with. 5.
