Mr.Singh, leaned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 17th June, 2019 passed by this court, the learned advocate for the Municipal Corporation has already conveyed the designation of the Appellate Authority to enable the petitioner to file an appeal against the impugned order. He further states that his client would file an appeal before the Appellate Authority within two weeks from today and also an application for interim relief. Statement is accepted.

A copy of the appeal along with application for interim relief shall be served upon the respondent simultaneously. The appeal that would be preferred by the petitioner shall be disposed off expeditiously and not later than four months from the date of the first hearing.

None of the parties shall seek any unnecessary adjournment before the Appellate Authority.

Ad-interim relief granted by this court on 17th June, 2019 to continue during the pendency of the said appeal and thereafter for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the order if the same is adverse against the petitioner.

It is made clear that this court has not expressed any views on the merits of the matter. All contentions of both the parties are kept open.

Writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

The petitioner is directed to convey this order to the respondent's advocate.

The parties as well as the Appellate Authority to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
