Heard learned Counsel for the Claimant. He states that as per order dated 5th November, 2019 by which the learned Counsel for the Claimant had sought time to complete service, service has been effected on Respondent No.1 by RPAD and on Respondent No.2 by hand delivery and an Affdavit of Service dated 3rd December, 2019 to that effect has been fled. He submits that accordingly the order dated 5th November, 1/2
18-n-839-2017.doc 2019 has been complied with. However, the Respondents are not present inspite of service.

In view of the service being effected on the Respondents, the Notice No.839 of 2017 under Order XXI Rule 22 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 is made absolute. The Claimant is at liberty to take out further proceedings in the execution of the decree.
