If the order dated 4th January, 2018 in company petition no.660 of 2015 winding up respondent company - Dynamic Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is set aside in appeal, liberty is given to other petitioners to revive their petitions and move once again for necessary orders including winding up of respondent company.
