The counsels state that the order passed on 6th July 2011 granting injunction in terms of prayer clause (b) in the notice of motion be confirmed as order in this notice of motion.

The order dated 6th July 2016 is confirmed as order in the notice of motion and the notice of motion stands disposed. Ms.Serrao appearing for the plaintiff states that defendant no1 has expired on 4th March 2015. Mr. Oka appearing for defendant nos.1, 2 and 4 confirms the same. Mr.Oka also states that defendant nos.2, 3 and 4 and the plaintiff are the only legal heirs of defendant no.1. Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2
