In view of what is stated in the circular regarding non-application of Rule 9A of the Income Tax Act, 1962 in case of Abandoned Feature Films, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant on instructions states that the appellant does not desire to prosecute the Appeal. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
