Both learned Counsel submits that the matter is settled between the parties. They tendered consent terms dated 15.11.2017 duly signed by the plaintiff as well as the defendants and their respective advocates. Both the learned Counsel submits that the plaintiff as well as the defendant are present in Court. They also entered into witness box for admitting execution of the consent terms and consent thereof. The undertaking given by the parties in consent terms is accepted. Consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
