This notice of motion is for the usual injunction and the appointment of the Court Receiver. It was taken out in 2010. 2.

The agreement of the plaintiff is with several defendants, some of whom are stated to have signed the agreement. Some of the defendants have not signed the suit agreement.

No relief of injunction can be granted in respect of such agreement.

Notice of motion is dismissed.

5.

The suit is adjourned to 24th July, 2015.
