This application is made under Section 29-A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extension of time for completion of arbitral proceeding.

By consent, the time for conclusion of the arbitral reference and making of an award is extended by a period of one year from today. It is made clear that both the parties withdraw their respective allegations against each other made in the present arbitration petition for the purpose of this application.

The arbitration petition is disposed of.
