For the time being, we consider a limited request made by the Petitioners and in terms of prayer clause (a) of the writ petition. We direct the Respondent no.5 to this petition to decide the applications dated 4th June 2012 and 22nd April 2013 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Though we dispose of this petition and on the lines of an earlier petition, we reserve liberty to the Petitioners to seek such reliefs as are permissible in law based on the outcome of the decision on the applications and equally on the basis of ongoing slum rehabilitation scheme. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty as above.
