1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that she has uploaded draft of the Judge's order along with affidavit in support affirmed on 16.10.2023, copy of the grant issued on 30.06.2023, draft of the agreement for sale, consent affidavit of Sailesh Mokashi and Deepavali.

2. Petitioner to correct Coram and date of the proposed order. Furthermore, description of the property should be as per the grant and additional description required to be deleted. Petitioner to produce document showing that property is transferred in the name of the administrator in such capacity. Furthermore, petitioner to make proper averment about the deposit the sale proceed which are coming to the share of minors. In this regard petitioner may deposit their share in this Court with the Accounts officer of this Court or may invest in the Nationalized bank and produce their receipt with the Accounts officer of this Court. In such circumstances, the petitioner may introduce appropriate wording and directions in the draft of the judges' Order. Furthermore, the petitioner to produce complete copy of the grant.
