This appeal is filed against the order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 20/4/2015 whereby the learned Single Judge refused to grant ad-interim relief. We are informed that pleadings in the Notice of Motion are complete and the Notice of Motion is ready for hearing. Appellant has also taken out the Chamber Summons No.980 of 2015

2/2 APP/551/2015 seeking amendment of the plaint.

In our view, this appeal can be conveniently disposed of by requesting the learned Single Judge to expeditiously dispose of the Chamber Summons and Notice of Motion, if possible within eight weeks.

Needless to state that the learned Single Judge shall not be influenced by refusal of ad-interim relief. 4.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of.
