The suit was listed on 10.6.2016 and again it was stood over. Today nobody is present for the plaintiff. Mr.Vernekar states that he has not received any information from the plaintiff's advocate nor has he received copy of the affidavit of the plaintiff with the official translator's endorsement. Therefore, suit dismissed for want of prosecution.
