By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent Corporation to remove the unauthorized and illegal structure standing on the access road.

In view of the orders passed by this Court from time to time, the Corporation authorities demolished the unauthorized structure on 18th February, 2015 with the police aid. A copy of the communication dated 21st February, 2015 along with the copies of the photographs showing the removal of the unauthorized structure is tendered in the Court today for perusal.

bsb 2 WP1975.13.doc We find, on hearing the learned counsel for the Corporation and on perusal of the communication and also the photographs, that the unauthorized structure has been demolished by the respondent Corporation.

In view of the removal of the unauthorized structure on 18th February, 2015, nothing survives in the writ petition and the same is disposed of with no order as to costs.
