It is agreed that the goods seized by the Court Receiver will be destroyed by the Defendants at their own cost within a period of four weeks from today in the presence of Plaintiff's representatives. 3.
The Court Receiver to stand discharged without passing of accounts. The Plaintiff will pay his costs, charges and expenses within four weeks from today.

Mr. Hemang Engineer is directed to file his vakalatnama within one week from today.
