There was an order dated 13th June 2016. That order was continued thereafter. The Court Receiver has made an inventory and sealed certain goods. The Defendants have been served and an Affidavit of Service is on record.

None appears for the Defendants. There is no Affidavit in Reply.

In view thereof, adopting the reasons set out in the ad-interim order, that order is confirmed as the final order on the Notice of Motion. In addition, and for the same reasons, there will also be an order in terms of prayer clause (b) of the Notice of Motion in regard to the interim relief in passing off.

The Notice of Motion is disposed of in these terms. In addition, at the final disposal of the suit, the Plaintiffs will be entitled to apply for an order and decree against the Defendants for actual costs incurred on this Notice of Motion. (G. S. PATEL, J.) 25th July 2016
