It has not been disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that now Grievance Redressal Committee is functional and that relief claimed in the Petition has come to an end. 3.
In view of aforesaid the learned counsel for the parties submit that since the Petitioners have already approached to the Grievance Redressal Committee, the matter may be disposed of, by Megha 1/2
506_wpl_1589_2017.doc directing the said Committee to decide the Petitioners' application as expeditiously as possible.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that during the pendency of this Petition there was status quo order passed by this Court on 1st July, 2017 and that may be ordered to be continued till the Petitioners' application for interim relief is considered and decided by the Grievance Redressal Committee. The prayer is accepted. The Petition is disposed of with continuation of status quo order till the Petitioners' interim application is decided by the Grievance Redressal Committee. The interim application be decided by the Committee as expeditiously as possible.

The Petition stands disposed of.
