DATE: 22nd December, 2016 (In Chamber at 2.35 P.M.) P.C.:- 1] This Review Petition is filed seeking review of the order dated 30/5/2016. Request is made for adjourning the matter on the ground that Counsel is not available today. Request for adjournment is declined since this Bench is specially constituted to hear the Review Petitions.

2] When the matter was called out, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners declined to make any submission.

2/2 RPW/29/2016 3] On the other hand, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents submitted that after the said order was passed in the morning session, in the evening a praecipe was given by the Petitioners seeking extension of time of 7 days instead of 3 days and in view of that, time of 7 days was granted for issuance of NOC for sale of the 6th floor.

4] We have gone through the Review Petition. We do not find any ground made out in the Review Petition for reviewing the said order. Apart from that, the praecipe filed by the Petitioners for extension of time from 3 days to 7 days for granting NOC for sale of the 6th floor clearly shows that the Petitioners were not aggrieved by the said order which is sought to be reviewed and now the Petitioners want to wriggle out of the order which was passed by this court. Hence, Review Petition is dismissed.
