We are informed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner that though he has made several attempts to contact the petitioner, there is no response from the Petitioner. In view of this learned counsel Mr. Rajesh Gehani is discharged from 1 / 2

WP. 1832-13, 298-15 appearing in both the petitions for the Petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent has submitted that the petition has practically become infructuous by efflux of time. We are informed by Mr. Pai, learned senior counsel that the Petitioner has resumed her job and the order of suspension has been withdrawn and a warning has been to her. It appears that now the Petitioner is not keen in pursuing th matters; and secondly, the petitions appear to have become infructuous by efflux of time.
