By this petition which is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, Petitioner is seeking an appropriate writ order and direction, directing the High Power Committee to decide the application filed by the Petitioner expeditiously. 2.

This being the only principal relief prayed by the Petitioner in this petition, we direct Respondent No. 5 to decide the petitioners Application No. 162 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within a period of 12 weeks. All contentions raised by the Petitioner in this petition are kept open. Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
