The counsel for the petitioner states that they have served a copy of the Petition upon all the respondents and all the packets have come back with the endorsement 'refused to accept'. The counsel also tenders three affidavits of service, all three affirmed by one Malik D. Khoja, two of them are dated 30.08.2013, and one is dated 04.02.2014. Despite service nobody has entered appearance for the respondents, nor is anyone present today. Therefore, Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and is accordingly disposed.
