Miss. Geeta Shastri, learned AGP appeared for the respondent no.1 in response to notice issued. Relying on written instructions dated 03/07/2019 issued by the Additional Collector, Mumbai, she stated that the impugned order of recovery against the petitioner shall be withdrawn and the petitioner would be given a reasonable hearing in response to the show cause notice which is already issued, before passing any final order.
