Mr. Behl, counsel for the defendant states that after 10th February, 2017 they served Shukla and Shukla, the advocate who had entered appearance for the plaintiff. Mr. Behl further states that Shukla and Shukla refused to accept service stating that they had returned papers long ago. Affidavit of service of one Pranesh Devram Kadam affirmed on 13th February, 2017 is taken on record.

Suit is, therefore, dismissed.
