Heard learned counsel for the Official Liquidator. 2.

By this Official Liquidator's Report (OLR), the official liquidator seeks extension of time by one month for executing sale deed in terms of order dated 20th October 2023. 3.

For the reasons stated in paragraphs 5 and 6 of the OLR, the same deserves to be allowed.

Accordingly, the OLR is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as follows :

"(a) In view of para (7) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to condone the delay in execution of sale deed for immovable property i.e. Gat No.27, Survey No.9, Hissa No.1, Village Januna, Tal. Khamgaon, Dist. Buldhana - 444 303. Further this Hob'ble Court may be pleased to extend period for execution of sale deed and may be pleased to permit the official Liquidator to execute the sale deed within one month from the date of order of this Hon'ble Court."
