In view of the averments made in the affidavit in support, the application is allowed and accordingly disposed of in terms of prayer clause - (a), which reads as under :- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order that the delay of 746 days in filing the Affidavit of Proof of Debt of the Applicant, with the Respondent be condoned and the Respondent be ordered to take on record the Affidavit of Proof of Debt of the Applicant submitted to the Respondent on 15/4/2013 and adjudicate the said claim in accordance with law."
