In view thereof, petitions disposed in terms of prayer clause-(a) and (b) which read as under :- "(a) that Maxx Moblink Pvt. Ltd. be ordered to be wound up by and under the directions of this Hon'ble Court under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 ; (b) that the Official Liquidator, High Court, Bombay be appointed as the Liquidator of the said Company with all powers under the Companies Act, 1956."

Official Liquidator is also directed to take steps to investigate the affairs of the company and its directors under the provisions of Companies Act 1956 and if required, file a complaint with the Economic Offences Wing.
