Mr.Patil, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners on instruction seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal against the impugned order before the Vice President and Chief Executive Officer as setout in paragraph (4) of the impugned order. His client has agreed to file appeal within two weeks from today and shall serve a copy thereof upon the contesting respondents simultaneously. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted.

The impugned order shall not be implemented for a period of four weeks from today.

It is made clear that this court has not expressed any views on the merits of the matter.

All the contentions of both the parties are kept open. 5.
Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. No order as to costs.
