This Notice of Motion is taken out in a Pauper Petition for refund of the amount of Rs.85,125/- together with accrued interest, if any, lying deposited with the Court Receiver as per the orders of this Court passed on 17 January 2007. The Court Receiver's representative, who is present in Court today, has no objection to this relief being granted. Accordingly, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Refund to be made within a period of two weeks from today. No order as to costs.
