This is an application for extension of time by 8 weeks for submitting the statement of affairs with the office of Official Liquidator, High Court, Mumbai.

On 21.04.2017 in Official Liquidator's Report No. 21 of 2017, the applicants had made a statement that they will submit their Statement of Affairs with the Official Liquidator within a period of two weeks from the said date. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the statement to be submitted with the Official Assignee consists of voluminous record and therefore it will take substantial period to collate the entire record.
