This Petition relates to the proposed adoption of female minor Akshara, born on 9th November 2010, found abandoned at the Central Bus Stand, Latur on 9th December 2010 and referred to the Petitioner institution on 14th December 2010. She has since been declared free for adoption. Despite sufficient notice, no one has claimed the minor or accepted responsibility for her. 15 June 2016

The adoptive parents are from Spain.

I have before me a Scrutiny Report filed by Mr. Hareendran. This is taken on record and marked "X1" for identification. Today, Mr. Kapoor tenders a compilation. This contains financial particulars of the adoptive parents, documents of proof of residence and an updated IQ test report for the minor, dated 31st May 2016. The compilation is taken on record and marked "X2" for identification.

Having seen the Petition and its accompanying documents including the child care arrangement plan, financial documents, the child study report, adoptive parents home study report, the health reports and the other necessary documents, I am satisfied that the Petition deserves to be allowed.
