Having heard both sides, we find that the Chamber Summonses to bring the heirs and legal representatives of deceased Suresh Garodia deserve to be allowed.

Both the Chamber Summonses are thus made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The amendment be carried out within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the deceased Suresh Goradia says that a vakalatnama on behalf of the newly added Respondents shall be filed in this Court within a period of one week from today.

It is stated that the parties are meeting for an amicable solution on 3rd July 2019.

In the meanwhile, the Petitioners say that in compliance with the notice issued by the Municipal Corporation, they are ready and willing to hand over the keys of the premises. 6.
Both the Chamber Summonses are disposed of.
