The Suit is settled. The Consent Terms are tendered. I have seen the Consent Terms. These are signed by the Senior Deputy General Manager of the Plaintiffs and a Partner of Defendant No.1. The other partners have also signed., as have the Advocates for the parties.

The Consent Terms are in order. They are not contrary to law. They appear to have been drawn by the parties of their own volition and reflect their true intentions.

The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings in the Consent Terms, particularly those in clause 8, are accepted as undertakings to the Court. 4.

The Suit is disposed in accordance with the Consent Terms. Refund of Court Fees, if any, in accordance with the Rules. Drawn up decree / order is dispensed with.

All interim proceedings are infructuous and are disposed as such.

Defendant No.2 is from Himachal Pradesh. A Vakalatnama signed by him has been couriered to the Advocates in Bombay. They will file that Vakalatnama in the Registry on or before 7th October 2016.
