By this petition filed under section 34 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioners seek to impugn the arbitral award dated 24th March, 2014 directing the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.13.00 crores with interest.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly state that the subject matter of this petition is identical to the subject matter in Arbitration Petition No.1621 of 2014. The statement is accepted. For the reasons recorded by this Court in Arbitration Petition No.1621 of 2014 by a separate order passed today, this petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
