Mr. Ajay Malvankar, Section officer, from office of the court receiver states that the court receiver has no objection to the grant of prayer clause (a) and he has instructions from the court receiver to make this statement. In the circumstances, application allowed and disposed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as under;

"(a) That the Court Receiver in respect of an immovable property being Flat No.E-43, (SF), Oxford Apartment, the Oxford CHSL, Plot No.11, IP Extension, Patparganj, Delhi - 110092 be discharged and be directed to handover the physical possession of said immovable property to the applicant."
