Mr. Daga states that he is instructed by the IRP of appellant No.2 and undertakes to file Vakalatnama during the course of this week. 3.

Mr. Hailkar states that he has not been receiving any instructions from appellant No.1 and his instructing advocate in fact has taken out an application for discharge.
