Ms. Ghag for applicant states that they have received an email from respondent no.1 stating that respondent nos.1 and 2 have no objection for grant of the relief sought in this application. Two persons are seen on screen and they claimed to be respondent nos.1 and 2 and confirmed having sent the email.
Applicant shall file an affidavit of the authorised signatory of applicant, who has verified this application, confirming the statement made by Ms. Ghag and also annex a copy of the email received, to the said affidavit.
