The learned Advocate appearing for the Plaintiffs states that Consent Terms dated 15th February, 2023 have been entered into in Appeal No.144 of 2022 arisen from the Interim Application 743 of 2022 filed in captioned Suit and under which Consent Terms the parties have settled their disputes.

Accordingly, the learned Advocate for the Plaintiffs has sought leave to withdraw the captioned Suit.

In view thereof, Suit No.62 of 2022 is disposed of as withdrawn.

The Interim Applications, if any, filed do not survive and are disposed of accordingly.

Court fees are to be refunded in accordance with the Rules. For the purposes of Section 43 of the Maharashtra Court Fees Act and the proviso to that Section, today's date is the date of making a claim for repayment. The Prothonotary & Senior Master will issue a certificate for a refund of Court Fees computed according to the Rules.
