As noted in the earlier order dated 05 May, 2022, learned counsel for the parties inform that settlement talks between the parties were fruitful and accordingly, the parties have resolved the disputes subject matter of the present proceedings. Learned counsel for the parties have tendered Consent Terms dated 29 August, 2022 as entered between the parties. The consent terms are signed by the petitioner as also by respondent no.1. There is no dispute in regard to the signatures as made on behalf of the parties on the consent terms. The signatories to the Consent Terms are present in the Court. The advocates for the parties have also put their initials on the consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 2.

The undertakings as set out in the consent terms stand accepted. 3.

The petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. 4.
