By consent of parties, the Petition is disposed of by appointing Mr Naushad Engineer, Advocate, as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties, which are covered by the Company Petition herein. The Sole Arbitrator shall complete the hearing of the reference and make his award within a period of six months from today. It will be open to the Petitioner to apply for interim relief before the Sole Arbitrator on the ground that corresponding payment has already been released in respect of particular works by the Principal of the Respondent.
