Perused the Report. The Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder : "(a)The Plaintiff Bank may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,380/- (Rs.2,380 towards cost, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver + Rs.3,000/- cost of the Report No.626 of 2015) within the time stipulated with interest at the rate as Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper;
(b)Cost of this Report may pleased be awarded in the sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only);

The learned Advocates for the Plaintiff on instructions undertakes that the Bank shall make payments set out in prayer clauses (a) and (b) above to the Court Receiver within a period of two weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted. The Report is accordingly disposed of.
