Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that they have settled their disputes by filing the consent terms dated 22nd April, 2017 before the Debts Recovery Tribunal - I at Mumbai in Original Application No.9 of 2014. Learned counsel for the respondent confirms this position. A copy of the said consent terms is tendered in Court and is taken on record.

The company petition is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Debts Recovery Tribunal - I in Original Application No.9 of 2014. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to apply for refund of the amount of Rs.10,000/- deposited by the petitioner 1/2

3-cp598-14 before this Court towards the advertisement charges. 4.

The office is directed to refund the said amount of Rs.10,000/- to the petitioner expeditiously.
