Perused the Report. The Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :
"(a)The Petitioner Company may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.8,000/- in the Office of the Court Receiver within time stipulated with interest at the rate as Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper; (b)That the costs of an incidental to this report be fixed Rs.3,000/- and the Petitioner may be directed to deposit the same in the Office of the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay;

The learned Advocates for the Plaintiff undertakes to pay the amounts set out in prayer clauses (a) and (b) above to the Court Receiver within a period of one week from today. The undertaking is accepted. The Report is accordingly disposed of. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. ) ssp 1/1
