Since the Plaintiff's have in the Suit claimed damages in the sum of Rs.2 Crores, the Court Fee payable is Rs.2,53,230/-. The same is paid by the Plaintiff. The statement in the Plaint that the Court Fee of Rs.3,00,000/- is paid, is due to inadvertence. The learned Advocate for the Plaintiff now seeks to withdraw the above Suit.
