By this notice of motion, the applicant seeks an order and direction to place the matter for framing issues and for correcting the status of the suit on the website of the Court from 'disposed' to 'suit for hearing and final disposal'. This court has already issued direction on 14th June, 2017 granting time to the original defendants to file written statement and has directed the office to place the matter on board for directions after four weeks. It is made clear that the matter is not disposed of and is still pending. The matter shall be placed on board for framing issues after written statement is filed by the original defendants.
