This notice of motion is taken out for restoration of the arbitration application that came to be dismissed on 13th February, 2013. The application came to be dismissed because when the matter was listed on board on 30th January, 2013 and 8th February, 2013 none appeared for applicant and on 13th February, 2013 though it was listed for dismissal again none appeared for applicant. The notice of motion has been taken out by Advocate Harshad H. Trivedi, whose name also appears in the cause list. Even today nobody is present for applicant.

Therefore, notice of motion stands dismissed for non prosecution.
