The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.4 Mr. P. S. Jaiswal states that the Petitioner has expired sometime in the year 2012. No appearance is put up on behalf of the Petitioner, for the statement made by the Respondent No.4 to be disputed. The Petition is accordingly disposed of as having abated.
However, it would be open for the Respondent No.5 to adopt such proceedings as are permissible in law, io ventilate its grievance as regards the entry made in favour of the Respondent No.4 in the Sanad. If any such proceedings are filed, needless to state that the same would be tried on their own merits and in accordance with law.
